  15. Take 4-6 cloves garlic minced
  16. Take 2 tbsp oil

  18. Prepare chopped cilantro
  19. Prepare diced onion

Instructions to make Beefy Chili:
  1. Heat the 2 tbsp oil in a 4.5qt or larger Dutch Oven over med heat. Add onions and peppers and cook for about 2 minutes.
  2. Add ground beef and break up with a wooden spoon. cook until no longer pink. drain grease if you did not use a lean beef. add minced garlic and stir for 1 min more.
  3. Add all your spices and tomato paste. stir to incorporate and cook for about 2 minutes. add better than bouillon and stir until dissolved.
  4. Add bottle of beer and sommer for 2 minutes.
  5. Add both cans of diced tomatoes.
  6. Simmer covered for 1 hour on low heat.
  7. Serve and top with favorite garnishes.
