The ingredients needed to make Sojee (semolina):
  1. Make ready 1 cup fine semolina
  2. Get 1/2 cup butter
  3. Prepare 1/2 liter milk

  1. Braise semolina in butter in non stick pot.

  3. Pour milk mixture Into braised semolina
  4. On medium heat.. Stir till mixture thickens
  5. Lower heat n leave to steam for about 8minutes..
  6. Serve hot n decorate with nuts or caramel sauce..
