The ingredients needed to make Taco Soup:
  1. Take 1-2 lbs ground, shredded or cubed meat*
  2. Take 1 medium Onion, chopped

  5. Take 1-13 oz can Corn*** Do not drain
  6. Take 4-13 oz cans No Salt Added beans, variety****Do not drain

  9. Prepare Literally ANY meat or your favorite sub works for this!
  10. Make ready * Dude. Garlic is to taste always! Your preference!
  11. Make ready ** Try Fire Roasted or Fiesta Style Corn! Delish
  12. Get ***I use Dark Red, Light Red, Black and Pinto in mine.Colorful!
Instructions to make Taco Soup:
  1. In Large Pot add Meat, brown until almost done, drain fat.
  2. Add Chopped Onion and Minced Garlic, stir occasionally until onions are cooked as ya like and meat is cooked through.
  3. Add Green Chiles, Corn, Beans. Add Taco Seasoning. Stir well. Bring to boil, turn off and serve.
  4. Top with cheese, sour cream, cilantro, hot sauce, Corn Chips, Cornbread, etc.
